We noticed you didn’t scan your customer’s in-app membership barcode while checking out your customers’ orders at Costco. Continued failure to scan in-app membership/loyalty barcodes while checking out your customers’ orders may result in being unable to shop at Costco.

As a final reminder, per retailers’ policies and the terms of your Independent Contractor Agreement and Full-Service Shopper Account Access Guidelines, you must make sure the cashier correctly scans the membership barcode when checking out orders.
